Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GuruSense UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Eichelsheimer Straße 5, 68163 Mannheim, Germany, email: support@gurusense.de) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early expiry for digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right expires early if you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that this causes you to lose your withdrawal right when performance begins, we have begun performance, and we have provided confirmation on a durable medium as required by law. Stripe Checkout asks for that consent and acknowledgement.
