Terms for browser purchases
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to purchases of digital Sudocrime stories in the web app. Your contracting party is GuruSense UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Eichelsheimer Straße 5, 68163 Mannheim, Germany. Contact: support@gurusense.de.
2. Purchase and delivery
You purchase the story identified on the purchase page, including its listed chapters, for personal use in the web app. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no order for future stories.
The purchase page identifies the product and total price. Its purchase button opens Stripe's hosted checkout. By placing the paid order there, you submit your offer. The contract is concluded when successful payment is confirmed and the story is made available. An invoice is provided. You can order in German or English.
3. Price and payment
The total price shown before ordering includes applicable VAT. Browser purchases are charged in euros with no shipping costs. Stripe processes the methods offered at checkout, including cards and, where available, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Access is provided after payment is confirmed.
4. Browser access and recovery
No Sudocrime account is required. Access is assigned to a random purchase identity stored in your browser. The payment email is not a Sudocrime account. Your invoice includes a personal recovery link. Keep the invoice and keep that link private: it lets you transfer access to another browser or device. If you have neither the browser data nor the recovery link, contact support with your purchase receipt.
A browser purchase does not automatically unlock the story in the iOS or Android app. App Store and Google Play purchases are processed by the respective store and are subject to its additional terms.
5. Technical requirements
You need a current browser with JavaScript and browser storage enabled. Purchasing, restoring and the initial download require an internet connection. Downloaded game content can be used offline; creating narration audio for the first time requires a connection. Clearing browser data also removes locally saved content and progress.
6. Withdrawal and statutory rights
The withdrawal information and model form also apply. Before immediate delivery, checkout asks for your express agreement to delivery before the withdrawal period ends and your acknowledgement that this causes the withdrawal right to expire when the statutory conditions are met. Your statutory rights concerning defective digital products remain unaffected.
